From the Vault: East Windsor Bathing Beach

Hundreds of Windsor children are being forced to swim in the polluted Detroit River because of overcrowded conditions at city pools. J. Ross Paisley, city recreation director, told the recreation committee Monday night that there just wasn’t room enough for all the children.
