Friday the 13th proved to be a good day for Amanda Best, who received a Dell laptop from Doug Sartori, left, and jason Pomerleau of Parallel 42 Systems, part of the United Way Campaign Kickoff program at Ciociaro Club of Windsor Friday. On her own since she was 16, Best was assisted by Voluntary Trusteeship Program, a United Way sponsored program. She stayed in school and will be attending the University of Windsor.
