A local car dealership was fined $12,500 for using an unlicensed salesperson, but dodged more serious charges in court Friday, May 10, 2013. Clarke Chevrolet Buick GMC and two senior managers × Jim Clarke and Jesse Howell had been charged under the Consumer Protection Act with making an unconscionable representation to a customer in 2011 and engaging in an unfair business practice.
