Extreme heat has hit Southwestern Ontario and will continue for the week. Environment Canada has issued a Level 2 alert as of Monday, July 15, 2013 — meaning the humidex will reach over 40 C. Some people can’t beat the heat in their workdays … while some are trying to cool off the best way they know how … in the pool.
